With so many taking pictures yesterday I was hoping a few would put them on the site to share with others. Just started to download the ones I took and to re-size them. The ones of Colin on stage have not come out very well, it may have been due to the sunlight shinning in?

I've got some pics, Graham, that I'll put up tomorrow...

Hey Pam - several times I was poised to come over and say hello, but each time you and Paul were in conversation with others and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt. I'm sure you don't anyway, but please don't think I couldn't be bothered or anything like that... :)

Hoping to make it down to the NABAS show for one of the days, so will DEFINITELY be over to say hello then (whether I'm interrupting or not) :D

Hi all,
I would just like to say thank you for the organisng the lecture on Wednesday. Being new to the ballooning world I found it very interesting to learn as much as I did about David and his legacy. I entered the room nervously at the begining of the day but was soon made to feel welcome amongst your company.

Colin though apprently 'not an entertainer' had me in stiches most of the day. It's nice to know that things can and do go wrong for other people sometimes. :)

Though I met some of you throughout the day, I would especially like to thank Graham, for his help in organising the event. Also to Dave, who I finally managed to catch at the end of the day, when he could help me in my design for a basic face, something I am very pleased to have mastered.

One last thing is left to be said, I found the most satisfying part of Colin's lecture was on the Bomb. who would have believed that you could make that design with just two twists? That said, it still took me a good 20 mns to accomplish this. thank goodness no-one was waiting in line for me to finish that one!!! But the joy I got from completing this was astonishing.

I look forward to attending more days and seeing more of both the people and also the art they create.
