They warm the audience up with the banter. They are much loved characters already. I just thought it was interesting to see a foreign balloon act.

Much like Tommy Cooper, if you didn't get him it was a terrible act.

I loved it! It doesn't matter whether they make a balloon model or not. It's like Mr Bean does balloons. The audience clearly loved it and the slapstick and clowning was really wonderful to watch. Entertaining with balloons is not all about making amazing balloon models. The way he kept grabbing the balloons, bursting them as he tried to pass them to the woman and then kept returning to the little ballet bit that got quicker and quicker was really funny. :D
