We are having the first care & share day at Bishops Stortford on Wed 1st Dec from 10 till 6 with two mystery lecturers, I have one already booked. There will be three one hour sessions plus all the usual fun of a care & share day with some competitions thrown in as well. The day will coat £10 if booked by the 22nd Nov and will include a £10 voucher to spend on balloons at the day. So another free day. Have just booked the first mystery lecturer for the day

We have now booked the second mystery lecturer for Bishops Stortford, so will be a full busy day with competitions as well.

I have now booked a third mystery lecturer for the day so it's looking likely to be a crammed packed enjoyable day.
All the lecturers are booked on the understanding that if a proper job comes in for them they will take the full paying gig.

I've just booked up so who else is going?

Not again!

If anyone is coming to the last care & share day for 2010 here is the plan of action;

The day runs from 10 till 6 with activities planned for all day,
10.30 till 11.15, Basic class
11.45 till 1.15, Christmas balloons
2.00 till 3.00, Line work, balloons for the real world
3.45 till 4.45, From little to large, golden nuggets

We will be running a competition throughout the day and the prize is the balloon hat book by Addi Somekh which is probably one of the best twisted hat books available with stunning photography and pictures from his trip around the world.

We will try to make the day into a party atmosphere so please stay as long as you can and all nibbles and cream cakes are always appreciated, we will be going out after for a meal, everyone is most welcome. We are down to having only nine spaces left so the day may well sell out?

Working at the childrens Hospital in Birmingham, dressing the front Entrance with Christmas balloon Decor for all who go there to see.

So sorry we cannot be with you all that day (AGAIN!!!).. Looking forward to seeing the pictures and reading about how much fun you all have, jealous already....

These are the one lot of balloon decor we get booked to do each year that we hope and pray no one gets to see, but unfortunately for lots of people that is that is not the case.. we are very lucky never to have needed any of the services offered by the hospital for our own children..

But the amazing thing is after the hospital has been buzzing all day that the balloon people are in - the children come down from some of the wards in such a variety of means - from walking unaided to aids to pulling drip trolleys to an assortment of wheel chairs ( including arm chairs on wheels) and wheelie beds just to see the balloons and Christmas trees. Makes you wonder what anyone has to complain about when you see the joy and looks of wonderment on the faces...
