Hi Graham,

Finally got round to trying your Taz !

I got the body OK, and gave him slightly bigger ears, but just could not get the mouth to work as good as yours in 260's, so I tried it with a 360, like Mick, and came up with this :?

The tongue though, I had nightmares with (that's why it's now 1.50am  } so I gave up and cheated, by using double sided tape on a folded 260

Any chance of a tutorial, or just some helpfull hints on double stuffing........pretty please :D

After making three models this afternoon I finally got one that looks OK, I was after posting a more basic Taz than the one I made.
I have made the model in seperate colours to hopefully make it easier to follow along with the instructions.

Inflate the first 260, (mocha) and leave 6 fingers un-inflated, twist a 1 finger bubble and then a 4/5 finger fold twist and lock the hand into place. If you push the 1 finger bubble through the centre of the fold twist then this will lock it into place. You then need a 6 finger bubble for the arm and a 1 finger pinch twist, then a 3 finger twist for the side of head and a 2 finger and 4 finger twist which is folded back onto itself for one of the ears, push the 260 through this twist to lock the ears in place or you can tie the eyes into this twist later as this will stop it coming undone as well. Twist another 3 finger bubble for the top of head and then another 2/4 finger bubble for the other ear, again push the rest of the 260 through this twist to lock into place. Then a 3 finger bubble for the other side of the face and a 1 finger pinch twist, discard the rest of the balloon.

Inflate the second 260 (Ivory) leaving 4 fingers un-inflated. Twist another hand with a 1 finger bubble and a 4/5 finger fold twist, measure the arm as per the first one made, approx 6 finger bubble and twist into the last pinch twist made on the first balloon. (The pinch twist in the first picture is just to hold the balloon in place and is not required in the model)
You then need two 3 finger bubbles for the back of the head; the twist in the centre will be an attachment point to fill in the back of the model later. The mouth/body of Taz should be two 8 finger bubbles twisted into the other arm pinch twist. Then twist a 7 finger bubble, (this is slightly bigger than the two 3 finger bubbles and will help push the face outwards) and attach to the other pinch twist and deflate the rest of the balloon.

Feet,
Inflate a 260 (Blue) so that you have an 8/9 fingers un-inflated, you can either do a simple 6 finger fold twist for basic feet or as I have done here twist a 1 finger bubble,
pinch twist, 3 finger, 1 finger, 2 finger, 1 finger, 3 finger. Pinch twist the two 1 finger bubbles on the feet. The legs are short, approx 5 fingers twisted around the bottom of the mouth pinch twist later on. Twist another leg and foot for the other side.

Mouth,
Inflate a 260 (Blush) and leave 5 fingers un-inflated, twist this around one of the arm pinch twists, twist a 8 finger bubble followed by a loose 3 finger pinch twist for the bottom of the mouth and twist into the body section (Ivory Balloon) where the legs will attach shortly. Twist another 8 finger bubble over to the other pinch twist above the arm and twist into place, you then need a 3 finger bubble and a very small 1 finger pinch twist. This will be twisted into the centre of the top of the body twist, then finish off with another 3 finger bubble twisted back into the first pinch twist and discard the rest of the balloon.
