Well we're now back home after a really wonderful convention and had a great last two days with Robbie Firman of Lottle fame showing us around on Monday & then having lunch on Tuesday with Don & Laura Caldwell, Colin & Susan from Betalatex.
Will try & sort out pictures etc some time tomorrow once I've caught up with some sleep.

Last night and this morning I've been going through a whole weeks worth of emails in my inbox and then I tried to download the pictures from Twist & Shout onto the computer and guess what...................they did download and into the right folder so now all I need to do is resize nearly 300 pictures and put them on the site :geek: I must try and get a life

I wont believe the proof until I see it ;)

Great to know that you enjoyed your time at T & S, Graham - bet it has revitalised you if it was as good as you say (that is if GL needs to be revitalised!).

Looking forward to the photos.

Dave

Here are the first of the pictures. These I believe are from Bidou's masterclass the day before the event on making large carnival figures.

These are from the first night pyjama party, best not to ask as any questions as there were definately some sights
and some people seemed to have no shame.....but it made for a fun and interesting evening.
The first picture is Ken Stillman with his PJ's on who was very kind and picked us up from the airport.

A general look at the very small jam room. The first picture is off Patrica Bunnell who will be coming over later in the year to do a lecture/workshop & Connie Iron-Monds who's lecture on advertising & promoting yourself was very good.

I just love the accesories on the first picture and I did promise to say who the lady is. I did get a card but have put it with all the others so am guessing a bit but believe the lady who made these to be Lollypop, on the card is only an email but no website. This is possibly one of my favourite pictures from the event.

Robbie Firman from Lottle fame making some final adjustments on his car that was made entirely from 321's for the large competition entry, and what a nice guy he is too.
Robbie & Coleen were nice enough to take Colin & I sightseeing on Monday after the convention and I thoroughly enjoyed there company and we ate at a true American classic Johnnie Rockets, great burgers and really healthy eating ;)
