I need some advice please. I've been asked for a booking in 2012. When the lady emailed for a quote she didn't state when the event was, so I put on it that this was my price for 2010. However, it makes me nervous to be booked nearly 2 years ahead. What if my circumstances change radically..... or my prices???? I'm fairly new to this private booking lark. How do you guys handle this situation please?

Perhaps put it in the diary and tell her you will call the first week of Jan 2012 to confirm price that she can accept or if not you can take the booking out the diary and she will hopefully have enough time to find a twister in her price range.

Thanks for that suggestion Graham. Do others already have bookings for 2012?

Not for 2012...I usually only book out  up to a year in advance.  Good advise Graham.

Yes Tonya, a year in advance is better. That's about as far ahead as I can get my head around.
