I've been planning on having built a mobile balloon inflator and balloon holder to wizz around venues so that I'm not having to carry an apron or busking bag around and then this comes up.
Very similar to what I was looking to have made, the bonus being all the balloons can just be thrown in the clear pockets and not laid out and sorted like the bags/aprons.

That's nice - I really like the idea.  It reminds me a bit of the cart Mnsr Sigrid had at the Millennium Jam (I *think* Qualatex used to sell balloon carts).

If I was being really petty though, I'd say that the wheel / base piece at the bottom kind of spoils the overall look and cheapens it a bit, and I don't like that it's brown.

At $379 (£243) plus shipping (presumably) for the basic model, I'll don't think I'll be getting one soon though.  :(

I assume that includes the pump as well within the price, Ken Stillman has a nice cart system and uses a small cylinder tank as well with it.
I think I took a picture of it at one of the conventions

What a fantastic idea from Apollo.

At that price... I won't be getting one very soon either.

Looks easy enough to make though. :geek:

I have contacted Apollo, just waiting for them to get back to me about shipping costs!! The price looks fine for the work and ideas that have gone into it. Like Graham said the idea of just tipping in bags of balloons seems bliss to me after spending hours and hours every week filling my busking pouch. Will let you know how I get on.

I had balloon envy when I looked at that link. I do not need it, but it is very very nice. Graham, if one or two of us were to consider putting in advance orders, could you get them in stock on your site to keep the shipping cost down. Also, assume there would be duty to pay on it too, putting the price up even more.
Just a thought?
