What do you all wear while twisting?

Up to yet I've always wore our business polo shirt and jeans, but my other half bought me a rainbow waistcoat and dickie-bow. I've been really reluctant to wear it as I just don't feel like it's 'me'. How many of you twist at events as yourself or a character?

I would say you need to be YOU, that is it. If you is being a character then great, if you is being you, then great.
People will know, especially children, they have this sense. Good luck, it might take you a while to find you but you will eventually.

Depends on the Job i am doing, sometimes I am a wizard, occasionally a Pirate, an elf if I have to be but my mail ballooning attire is a dapper kind of look, Bowtie, braces, smart check trousers and a cap (think 1930s newsboy)

I think a guest (young, 5 years old) the other day must have been used to seeing a balloon maker in full clown as they said to me 'where is your face'.
I pointed to the front side of my head where my mouth and eyes are and they said 'no that's not your face'.  and the conversation got more and more amusing from there

If I'm doing magic and balloons, I dress as my magic character including jacket, shirt and tie.
If it is just balloons, I wear more casual clothes, usually including an orange hat.

When out twisting, this is what I wear, which tends to suit any occasion, from busking to weddings.

In answer to another question about carrying balloons with you all the time, I am like Rob, if I am not working, I never carry balloons with me. This means that If anyone sees me out and about in my outfit, they know I am either on my way back from a job, or busking, so will have balloons, If I am not dressed up, no balloons, so don't ask !!!
