I agree that normally if you have been asked to be mobile you normally just get stuck in a corner anyway once you get a queue, but when you do an event with adults you have to go to them as they are often too shy to ask for a balloon!
I think maybe its best to be adaptable and have 2 kits one for table work and one for line work.
