I have 2 Mac Lites..what's the difference with the custom made?

I have a MAC PUMP and I absolutely love it!  I use it at the restaurant, and at all my parties and events.  The kids think it's cool because I sometimes let them pump up their own balloons with it at parties.
It came all white, but that was cool because I got to decorate it myself the way I wanted it.

The custom pump that was made had a larger diameter lower cylinder. there is a photo of it on the front page of this website.
