A little update on the project on how many balloons it took to float her.
13,500 balloons all hi-floated 11" rounds, it was a very impressive site.

Helium sold by BOC is marked balloon gas. It is of an inferior quality and can't be used in hospitals. Helium is also used in the manufacturing of flat screen televisions so, if you're worried about such things, sell your television.
