Just seen a post on BHQ from Ralph Dewey...

"There are three winners this time for Dewey's Balloon Excellence Awards.
Twister of the Year, Vicky Kimble.
Rising Star, Pascal Grooten.
Trailblazer, Graham Lee."  :)

Congratulations everyone above who won an award!

Award Categories
"Balloon Excellence for a given year" (Balloon Twister of the Year)
Someone who has been the best at promoting the art of balloon twisting by their abilities, innovations and quality of character in a given year.

"Rising Star"
A relative newcomer or seasoned twister who has shown significant improvement through their natural talent and balloon twisting creativity.

"Trailblazer"
Someone who has made a significant contribution to the art of balloon twisting by pioneering an event, creating a technique, or by developing a resource which furthers the art of balloon sculpturing.

I had the local newspaper around this morning to interview me and to take a few pictures  :o  I remember the last time the local paper run an article, oh dear.
Fingers crossed this one works out OK, it is in tomorrow's edition.
I made a couple of balloons for the picture and also did a quick DVD instruction for the penguin which I am told will be on the website as well.
