Hi all,
I'm starting to get a little worried about my filbert pump, I ordered this on the 26th of January... Now, I don't mind waiting for the pump, as its got fantastic reviews, However, I have sent peter numerous emails, and I have only received 1 reply, He emailed me to say that the yellow tube was out of stock and that it would be in the following week, this was on the 2nd feb, I have sent about 2-3 emails after this, the 1st was asking if the red tube was in stock to save any messing about, then the following 2 were to see if there was any shipment news at all?

Does anyone know pete? Is he good on the computer or doesnt he reply to emails at all?

I'm just not sure what's happening at all?  having heard nothing!

Have I paid the right person?
Business Name:
Filbert Productions    (The recipient of this payment is Verified)
Email:
mailto:info@filbertpump.com">info@filbertpump.com

Any help appreciated!

Hi Jordan,
Don't worry about Peter.
Sometimes it's take time...
Last year, I wated 3 months for 1 Base who was broken ( the colour also wasn't in stock).
But I received it! :D

Rosalie.

I second Rosalie's comments, and to answer your own, the person in question is notorious for taking a long time to respond via email and everything else.  But it is a great pump and worth the wait...   8-)

You'll get your Filbert pump soon, I'm sure. A word of warning though - the pump is a child magnet, it looks like a cool toy. You may find yourself having to keep sticky fingers off the main pump shaft, which is coated with high grade silicone. I'm guessing that the pump won't work as well if lubricated with jelly, jam, and crystallised sugar!

Hey mate,

I wouldn't worry, when I ordered my Filbert, it took ages to receive it. I did send a few emails without reply and got worried. But it did come in the end.

I think that they take a while to produce or something - not sure

but I am sure you will get it eventually

Once you get your Filbert pump, I bet you'll want to use it for every 260 and 350 you inflate! One thing about it though, the nozzle is just a little large to easily attach a 260, it takes a bit of practise to do it quickly. I hope they rectify this in the future, and produce a nozzle that tapers just a little more.

The new Filberts do already have a new nozzle design on them.

Congrats Jordan!
Me too I'm thinking about a Filbert pump ($100 is very good price) although I have a Mini Mac Light.
