Forum Issues

Dear All

Since last night I have been having big problems with this forum. Whether I am logged on or not I keep receiving the following message...

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /ucp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at balloonchat.co.uk Port 80

I have tried different browsers, different computers and even different internet connections.

If I look at my review about balloonclick.com I cannot see the photos I uploaded.

Has anyone else had problems??

Sometimes clearing your cache helps but I have no idea what this is, all seems working fine to me, or can you set your computer back to before you were having the problems?
I know Thelma has done this before.

It is really strange as I get the same error on my laptop, iphone, ipad and hospital computer... i will keep investigating. Can you see the photos on my balloonclick post?

I have redone my original post and now is all OK. Can you please delete the duplicate thread further down the forum as it says I do not have permission to delete it. You can then delete this thread as well.

Hopefully we are now sorted.

Hi Emma

You must have had a late night like me! I thought I was going crazy. I think the problem I had was i made my dodgy post when the problems were occurring and now I cannot access it.

Oh well all sorted now :-)
