Goodness there is not one for ages and then two come along at once, a little like the good old London bus. I recorded a DVD in Holland in Jan and it is just being edited and I have to record a new opening section as the lovely people from the Twister Club in Holland very kindly agreed to let me use that workshop recording as my new DVD, Looks like that will be called "22 just for you" and then I'm just about to start recording the next DVD about Geo's, slight technical problem was that while setting up to record the intro for the Holland DVD there were a lot of marks on the wall where we film so I touched them up with the good old buttermilk paint and ooops that made it worse so this morning I'm re-painting the whole wall ready for filming.

Please don't paint the wall black...  :lol:

Good news though, if you look at these pictures the paint has now dried and the pictures are back up

I started recording today, have three models done and I think they say in the can plus the intro.

Not sure it is a good idea to wake up with another idea for the butterfly that I was going to film today, I have to now go and try it out to see if it works first.
So will it be plan A or plan B?

Oh dear,  was my picture post last night the cause of the subliminal butterfly thoughts? I hate it when stuff goes round in your head at night. I often have to right it down or in some cases actually get up and do whatever is on my mind just so I can get to sleep.

The new plan did not work so I kept it as is, all filmed ok and then I did a straight 14 minutes of filming for handbag number one  
Fourteen minutes of straight filming is pretty good, well I was chuffed, now trying to decide if I stop for the day as I have shadow on the wall or just carry on.

I was hoping to do handbag two today and the spider, I might film and then play it on the telly to see how it comes out.

I decided not to film anymore today as it was getting dark and shadowy, I was getting things ready for tomorrow and was playing with the geo dinosaur head that I have and came up with a seal, snail, monkey and a human head. I might put the snail onto the DVD, the seal and monkey need different colours to what is available at the moment in geo's.

So the plan for tomorrow is handbag number two, spider, dinosaur. Anything else is a bonus as it seems I can only film till about 3 pm at the latest.

Filmed the handbag this morning and the spider, the spider took 22 minutes but was filmed in one take  
I was hoping to film the Dinosaur as well though, trouble is I have run out of memory card, just found one with 4gb so not sure how much filming I will get on that,
I need to nip and see Lord G so he can put it all on his computer so I can start again.

This DVD filming is pretty tiring, I try to start filming at 10am and can film till around 3pm, then the light goes. Sometimes I have to start filming again, make a mistake, get a pop or deflate so aim for only three models. Once each section is filmed I watch it to make sure it is OK'ish and then move onto the next session. So after 3pm I have a tidy up, pop a few balloons and then sit and playback what is filmed and write down what has to be cut, moved or edited in for Lord G. After that I get the three models ready for the next day so I can start filming at 10am, on the first day I did not do this and only started filming at mid-day. So it is all go, all ready for tomorrow, I have three models again, girl/princess, décor centre piece and a flower arrangement. That will make eleven items on the DVD so far with up to six more to go. Hoping to have it as they say in the can by Sunday night, this is what was left from today.

Got all three models made today and filmed OK, Zakh came round and even did an intro and outro.
He thought it was funny   I now need to decide if I'm going to put it onto the master copy.

Going to record two more models tomorrow, the dog and a new tank. I think we are then up to 13 models done with up to five more to film.
I'm getting exhausted
