Hi Robb
I have a Filbert - it's a 'one stroke ground pump thing' and it's the best thing I have ever done.  I am able to do so much more now that I have it.  I still carry my hand pump just in case, but I would not be without my Filbert.
Just my 2cents worth.

Hi Robb,

Just to make things harder for you to choose a pump, I have a mini mac lite, which I would not be without  :D  :D

I have never used a filbert, so cannot compare the two, but my pump has certainly made life easier for me. You can get all the info on the mac pump, and see videos of them in action here    www.macpump.org

Graham usually has these in stock, but I believe he is waiting on a new order at the moment.
Kind regards
Kevin

I love my Bert and wouldn't be without him. Makes my life so much more simple. Also made this arch using him within 1.5 hours including setting up and packing away my stuff.

I have both, a McPump is 2" taller and weighs a little more so is harder for anyone to push over, if push comes to shove (he he) I would go for the McPump due to it being taller.

I would have to agree with Graham. The mac lite would be a better choice.

I've only tried a mac pump. Just returned home from a two hour wedding twisting session and my arms don't ache at all. In the old days of using a usual pump I would be left in a lot of pain. Single stroke fills a 260q.

It may need a litttle adjustment then as it should not have to warm up. There may be too much lubrication around the sealing ring.
