Title: Help and Hints Please - Cloud made of Balloons

Hi All

I have been asked to make a cloud out of balloons for an exhibition stand similar to the one below but on a slightly smaller scale.  Unfortunately the balloons will need to be helium filled as there is nothing to hang the structure from at the exhibition hall.

I'm just wondering if anyone could give any hints or tips on perhaps the best way to connect all the balloons together so that none of them escape!

The new quick links or link o loon balloons, mind you I'm not a decorator.
