The guy is delusional.  Artists have been making balloon dogs well before him and I would like to see how far he gets ... not very far I suspect.

It may be a promotional thing by the person who made the other book end dog, look at all the free publicity he has gotten from it, the joys of marketing.

I don't know.  I would expect that if they put that about and it wasn't true Jeff would be able to sue them for slander as they will have said untrue things about him that may have caused his reputation harm.  Not sure how many more balloon dog bookends they'd sell either
