There is another thread here on helicopters but it's from a while back, 8 years ago so thought I'd start a new one.

So yesterday I made a couple of helicopters and liked the style straight away.
It was just getting the proportions right that I was after.
I did change a couple of things as we went along.

I then went on and made the Green one which I'm pretty happy about and will film soon as a tutorial.

Getting ready to film the tutorial for this tomorrow, changed the rotor blades.

The Helicopter tutorial was filmed today and I was wearing my new Pink shirt for this. If anyone has been following us on
Balloontube and the new website then you know the turmoil in trying to find a nice plain Pink shirt. I had to get one
with piping on collar, sleeves and down the front. Still undecided if I'm that keen on it, as they say the jury is still out.
I have filmed five tutorials today but as yet not looked back to see if they are all OK and what the shirt looks like.

I was making Helicopters the other week when staying up in Birmingham. I did not have my camera on me
so this is the final look we went with. There were 3 or 4 other variations before this though.

I was making another Helicopter over the weekend at a gig. Mainly because I could not remember
how to make any of the other designs I've made over the years, oops!
And possibly a 646 might be better for the cockpit than the 350 I have used.

I did not like the back section so changed that yesterday.

Added, are they called ski's?
Just googled and they are called skid's.
