Well after a few years we have finally started to film the tutorials for my numbers 😁😁
Now how long they take to film I'm not 100% sure but we are hoping they might be ready for the end of April.
If anyone would be interested then please get in touch and I will put you on the mailing list.
No need to commit at the moment but I will let you know first how things are progressing.
Any questions then please ask away xx

We finally finished filming all the numbers, 5 and the 9 we did on Saturday and then yesterday the 6.
So now onto the editing that I don't do, we leave that to my grandson Zakh.

I think we are down to two names to decide for the tutorials,

1, Designs You Can Count On
2, Weave Got Your Number

We are just down to the editing now and then everything is ready to go.

Just had the prototype done for the artwork for the weaved numbers tutorials, It will be tweaked slightly but I do like the look.
Hoping to have the editing done fairly soon and the number tutorial available shortly.

We now have eight numbers edited and ready to go, just number nine and zero left.

I thought I would give you a run down of how long things take to produce and make etc.
Last year I spent a whole month making numbers every day and trying various looks ands styles.

After editing the average number is approx 60 minutes long and takes between two and two and
a half hours to film with things popping or me making things wrong etc.

Then I have to sit and watch that all through to know where Zakh my grandson has to edit
so it flows a little better so that is another couple of hours.

We then sit with Zakh for about 45 mins per number to edit as I have to explain all the cuts, he is amazing
at finding better places to cut joins in than I am. Then zakh has to download the finished edited number onto
a memory stick so I can download this onto my computer where I have to watch it all the way
through again to make sure it makes sense and we have not missed a stage.

So all in all and with approx. times one number takes us over six hours from filming to finished edited final copy.
That all being said each number we are selling for £20 and the full set of ten numbers for £160.

I'm also VAT registered so 20% of the figure does go to the government in taxes.
I just thought I would mention all this so you can see how we have come up with what I feel is a fair price
for the tutorials as hopefully when selling your first number you will make your £20 investment back.

One style is explained fully on each number tutorial and then we explain the different
variations which are a curved corner, triangle, and trapezium style in design.

On each number there are a few variations and styles to use,
Number One, 8 variations.
Number Two, 10 variations.
Number Three, 9 variations.
Number Four, 8 variations.
Number Five, 13 Variations.
Number Six, 15 variations.
Number Seven, 6 variations.
Number Eight, 13 variations.
Number Nine, 10 variations.
Number Zero, 6 variations.

plus I'm always here if you need to ask a question or two.

Thanks for reading XXxx

An update on the numbers, they are all done and edited. A slight problem with numbers Two and Zero as
I cant fast forward the tutorial so we are downloading again and fingers crossed that sorts the problem.
Also number Seven did not fully download so off to do that one again as well.

Number Four is the shortest tutorial only because I did pre-make one of the sections which now
I wished I had not but that's the way it goes sometime.

Number One, 55 Minutes.
Number Two, 60 Minutes.
Number Three, 55 Minutes.
Number Four, 44 Minutes.
Number Five, 70 Minutes.
Number Six, 70 Minutes.
Number Seven, TBC
Number Eight, 70 Minutes.
Number Nine, 70 Minutes.
Number Zero, 65 Minutes.

The numbers are going to be £20 each or the full set for £160.

We are hoping to have them on the website for 1st August.
