All of the above as well, but still a very interesting concept.

I don't really think they are going to save much, if anything, once you factor in the cost of the balloons and helium!  The price of helium is crazy high, as we all know.

Noticed at about 1min. 29 secs there appears to be a roller-coaster in the background, are they common in Korean car-parks???
