When out and about I usually try and keep away from making Butterflies.
No idea why really but always have.
So decided to try and make some easy'ish Butterflies for line work.

I did post some here, the thread started way back in 2013.

This is what we have so far from making them this week, started off with a really quick line work design.

The head was a tulip/apple twist and to make the design quicker we wanted to get rid of this.
Then added 160 for a little colour around and inside the wings.

I made again and then added into a wristable, not sure I like it like this.
I'd prefer to attach a clear 260 to centre of Butterfly so the children can fly it about.

A quicker Butterfly for line work in the real world.... maybe?

The Butterfly was filmed yesterday for a new forum we are putting together. Hoping it will go live in August.

I tried the Butterfly from 350's as well. Not liking Pink and Rose but I'm sure I'll find a complimenting colour match soon.
