I've been asked to balloon model on St Georges Day whilst my other half is face painting, but I'm a bit stuck for ideas that I could do to fit within the theme.

I was thinking of trying to keep everything red/white, hopefully stuff like shields/swords for the boys, maybe tiaras for the girls, possibly the odd horse here and there. Can you think of any other models that would suit?

Oh, and to mention, it'd be line work type models, nothing too big and fancy.

I would just make the usual things really, have you tried the search button for St George's day as I know Kevin (Phoenix) posts a lot on this subject.

I did a quick look but nothing came up, I'll check again.

Also been checking Google images, seen a few wands/braids etc.

The first thing that came to my my mind was a Dragon. Those would be a huge hit on St Georges day, (not in red though as red dragons are Welsh, you need a good old fashioned English green Dragon)

That had crossed my mind too, will need to think of a decent design to do that is reasonably quick. I probably would have done it red not thinking though!   :::hangs head in shame:::

It takes years of training in wizard school to become advanced in Dragon husbandry,
however
Red = Welsh,
Green = English,
Norwegian = blue
and
Hungarian are orange.  :P

Thank you all for the suggestions. I was at the event yesterday for 2 hours in the sun, wow it was hot.  Not a lot of variety really, baseball caps, swords/shields, flowers, olaf, anna, my attempt at a flag and my first dinosaur (tried for the t-rex-esque look). All pretty basic stuff but I tried to stick to the red/white theme.
