It may be a bit late but if you can get hold of today's Sunday People it may be a £1 well spent. I did and was very impressed with what I saw.

I just looked at the atricle.  It got really bad comments.  I never claimed it was a replica when I made it.  I think its the word replica that has got people upset.  Never mind

Don't worry about the negative comments they seem to be about the article rather than your work and the dress is fantastic  :)

Hi Thelma

Fantastic dress and very well done on the amount of coverage it's getting.

Don't be put off by the negative comments - everyone's an expert, eh?

I had to laugh at the comment "Wow.. some people have way too much time on their hands!" Yes, that would be the  people that have enough time on their hands to write a pathetic, inane and pointless comment!  Do you think they know what irony means? :D

Keep up the brilliant work, Thelma

They probably think its how something looks when its been pressed.  Irony.  Its the opposite of creasy

Well done Thelma, fantastic reports, hope you get lots from them.. But whats with the press having to add our ages to their reports lately!!! I had an article in last weeks local paper with my age showing in brackets

Why? and of what use is it to know someones age when reporting on something they have done?

Annoyed me as you can read, but cant say I care that much these days

I think next time i am asked I am going to lie about mu age.  Say something rediculous like 105 or 5.  I am smack in the middle.  The downer about the articles is the "Replica to Kates" claim which is a load of rubbish.  Just to get people looking I suppose.  I got curious and did a search on "thelma levett dress" last night.  Got fed up looking after 21 new sites.  Got fed up because most of them picked up on the Kate Middleton theme.  But then again I suppose if it had not had that referrence theywould not have picked it up at all.  Kate middleton inspires would have been better.  People are saying things like "IS she blind, delusional or just plain stupid.  Its nothing like Kete Middleton's dress"  I cant blane them for disputing its likeness but its an eye opener how many people like to get their teeth in.  I would have liked people to look at the dress for what it is.  Wearable art.  Here for a few days and gone.   Nothing more and nothig less.
