You shouldn't be upset by any negativity as the publicity is superb. I notice some web articles mention your website address that can only be good. You must have made this dress to get some form of publicity? What marketing strategy did you plan for yourself? If I had done this I would have worked out my plan of attack on the media to maximise my potential. For example, if I visit your website listed in the article it may as well be for someone completely different as I can't see any wedding dresses there. Perhaps a new URL or a professionally done site to show off your dress making talents would have resulted in a better outcome?

Anyway, I do very much hope the publicity is good for you.

As they say, any press is good press. Although you can no longer say "today's news will be someone else's fish and chip paper"

The timing is lousy.  I cant get into my web site to change or add anything at the moment so I have bought some new domain names - including latex queen, balloons by thelma face painting by thelma, weddings by thelma.  I am workin on the content.  The fashion stuff will go on the latexc queen site.  I want to link all the sites up though.  I'm going to make sure I have access to change things this time.  Pity I didnt get it all done before this run of publicity. I didnt actually plan this publicity, it just snowballed.  I didnt accept the BBCs request to come and film me and Vicky though.  I want to maximise any TV publicity.  But I am thiking that way now.

:cry: Don't worry Thelma - real talent is never just a one hit wonder.  The BBC and everyone else will be back for your next creation, just watch!
