Hi guys, I'm still new to ballooning, so I was wondering what everyone considers to be their top balloons for line work. For a little thought experiment, assume that you were going out to a fair or a restaurant type setting and your could only make something like 6 balloons. Just six different designs to make all night, please people and make a lot of money in tips. What would those six designs be?

Mike, use as many balloons as you want, your just limited to six creations. And remember that it's line work, so you probably stay away from something like Dylan's Magic Mouse, lol. Basically, I'm trying to figure out what sculptures I should really focus on as a very new twister :)

Don't focus solely on balloons - think about how you will interact and entertain your customers and those waiting in line. There is nothing worse than seeing a great twister make brilliant designs but who just stands there looking bored!

Thanks nippy, that's heavily on my mind. I started learning ballooning because I wanted to put a balloon routine in a kidsagic show I was developing, but now I've gotten carried away with the ballooning, lol. Thanks :)

Hitchhiker Alien
Medium-fancy dog
Caldwell's Ladybug
Teddy bear
Penguin
Alligator

That's a tough list. For my real suggestion, go to balloon-animals.com and check out his 1 balloon video instructions. Then learn his 2 balloon sculptures. The got me through my first event with flying colors.

I made dylans dog for the first time last weekend. I dont have a picture with me right now, but his tutorial youtube video is below. The design is as quick as my old 3 balloon dog, but bigger and way more awesome. I tried it at my restaurant and got tips from 3 people! 2 of which didnt even know the person who recieved the balloon! It uses 4-9 balloons depending on how amazing you want it to look. I reccomend at lest adding the eyes and tongue.

His jet pack looks awesome. Is it something you could make pretty quick, or is it a little more involved, time wise?
