A variation on the number Three.

A double middle section on the Three, it looks a little on the chunky side.

I then angled it in for a possibly softer look. Perhaps it should have been angled in from the outer square?

With this style of Four I used fourteen 260 balloons and if you had pinch twists on every joint there would be 56.
Which would take extra balloons and and at a guess at least an extra third of the time to make it.

I then joined the top square to the taller upright.
If making this way the bottom square of the main upright needs to be made so the
inner section is a little shorter to help the main upright lean over to the right.

A couple of variations on the Four if you wanted a slightly different look.
I think picture 5 would look better with one less square at the
top on the upright to make it a more compact Four.
