I have been using my trade retailer for about a year now and have had several bad batches along the way. After finding my first 6 orange balloons with pre existing holes in during a gig today as well as several other seeming dodgy batches, and finding the customer help very unhelpful, I am thinking of changing my supplier. Can anyone recommend the best site for ordering Qualatex modelling balloons please?

Just realised that the Qualatexballoons site has a wholesale option of pricing so that would explain the difference in price!

I have been buying my balloons from Graham for years and yes occasionally have had a bad batch. I had bags of black balloons that were tissue thin and totally useless. As soon as I let him know he withdrew the rest do the stock, sent my some from a different batch and a big apology and no quibbles at all.  You get good service too as well as good brands. Because he does not over stock, the balloons you get are not old.  We may be friends but I order my balloons from him for sound business reasons.

yep I`m with Thelma,i buy from Graham for his service and competitive pricing.I only buy the stuff Grham doesnt stock from another supplier but the majority from the site.
