I've received an email enquiry for balloon decor. She said she want's balloons as she has been told they will help reduce background noise. she's asking if this is correct. I've said I don't know and would try and find out for her.

Has anyone else ever heard of this?

If the room was echoey like a big warehouse then as it's filled more would it not help??
I have no idea but can see the logic in this although I'm sure others will not
