Can you get letters to stick on Balloons? I have got a christening coming up and the parents would like a arch and the baloons in the arch to have some letters on the spell out the little boys name, is this possible?

You can write with a glue pen, then sprinkle glitter over your lettering. You can find this in the Qualatex catalogue.

they sell both large 36" foil letters and small square 18" foils with individual letters on them you can make archways out of with helium fill or air fill
