Once a year I get to mess arouind with the helium on behalf of Butlins in Skeggy to decorate one of the venues. I passed my NABAS course a few years ago but don't do any decorating other than this. I will try to show pics from start to finish.

Thats good and neat, With work like that why only once a year?

Most people would not even consider using 2 columns and adding an arch to it let alone use that many. And Triadic colours which perfectly match - most commonly used is the group - red, yellow & blue.
