What style of lettering is this called?

A lady wanted balloon lettering like this for her baby shower but I have no idea what kind of style this is called and am not sure how to go about replicating it. Can anyone give any input on this? I love it and would love to learn how to make something like this.

Can't see very clearly in the picture but u would need rod etc to get the shape and then commonly you would use small round clusters to cover the wire. Picture quality isn't good but these look like smaller bubbles. You could possibly cover the rod with 260s and weave along as an alternative? Not sure if this is much help? Xxx

I would agree with Sonia, Patricia

It looks like very thin aluminium rod/wire or tubing moulded into shape then covered with 5" balloons inflated to about 3" in clusters of 4.....

With the foil letters and numbers so reasonable, most of our customers opt for those these days due to price
