Anyone know where I can get hold of some 'inexpensive' 18" foil hearts?

I need quite a few please - I know last year someone found a very good deal for them, so wondered if the same deal was on - I didn't know where they were from though . . . .

upupand away are selling them from 28p + vat - but think you have to buy a lot... Most wholesalers have deals on them as they have so many... Our card warehouse have unique in packs of 10 or 12 for about £4 plus Vat... check out your local suppliers

My wholesalers are 56p plus VAT so that's a big difference.
