Funny you should say shrek Kevin. My friend just made a similar observation. If I have time tomorrow I may well give it a go.
I did change the eyes for smaller ones and the look did improve

Could not wait til tomorrow so here is my shrek effort. Added another 350 around the top once I had removed the 646. Perhaps the ears are too long!

You mention about using these masks for events/parties etc. Did you mean you would make them for customers at the gig, or did you mean you would be making one beforehand for you to wear at the gig?

I would make them before
It currently talkes me about half an hour per mask
Do your maths
2 hour party, with 15 to 20 kids - Not enough time
