You have done a nice job for a early attempt :)    It will take a bit of getting used to though you will soon get there.
   
Hello to Creekie Al :lol:   Yes 1.4 inch is rather specific sorry :cry:   I really wanted to say:- make the lower jaw just slightly smaller than the cheeks.  

So make it to your taste & heppy twisting :D

An alternative is to:- put the jaw bubble in its position - then pull the nose bubble around to the top &  attach the 260 to the pinch twist.
    This saves you from using the 'roll through' technique.

I like this version too.  

Prof I really like the look of the face on yours as it looks like it actually has jowls hanging down over it's mouth!!!

Just stretch the balloon before inflating and then again once inflated, or just make every bubble just a little bit smaller.
