if your looking for a local supplier, go to hiflyers, govan., great stock, will also sell single balloons for those odd jobs, good if youve not got a big budget, and always got displays / advice to help you. Of course you can order from graham, see link at top of page..
as Graham said, look up Qualatex training,  courses normally held in the Adephi centre, glasgow..

These people do one day intensive courses all over the country, including Glasgow. They also do internet tutorials and seem to have a fairly thorough back up system in operation so you get plenty of support after you finish their course:
