He guys,

I was recently asked to make a giant panda for a friend's event. I looked for one and found one in issue 30 of the balloon magic magazine. It was made by ken stillman. I figured out how to make it but I am not sure what size round balloon he used for the body. It is quite big so I was wondering how big they come and how hard they are to get.
Please help,

Lorcan. :?

There I was thinking..Do I? The teddy would make a good panda if the ears were turned a bit and a black 260 went over the top of both of them.
The instructions for this are in the model of the month section, june-model-the-month-teddy-bear-t262.html
If you just change the colour for it to be a panda.

A great little panda as is, but the black on the ears does make it that much better, this was a quick 260 version. I disd not do hook twists for the arms and legs 'cos my finger kept getting stuck !!!!!!!
Kind regards

I just posted instructions for a Panda on YouTube:

//http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPe0tfMy6FQ

It's very quick.
1 - 350 Black
1 - 350 White.

You can use 260's if you want but I recommend using three passes of white 260 for the belly if you do. I think 350's are faster for this design.
