Tutorial on how to make a simple baby rattle with 3 balloons, some scraps, and glue dots

For this balloon you will need:
   :arrow: Really any size diamond clear balloon, depends what size rattle you want
   :arrow: a balloon you want for the handle for the handle (for a small/medium rattle 160, for a large a 260)
   :arrow: a 160 balloon you want for the decoration on the top of the rattle
   :arrow: about 6-8 pinch twisted and cut different cut scrap cut ball for the inside of the rattle
   :arrow: *glue dots
