(Hoping this is in the right place... I need help!)

Im looking to open a business and take my twisting to the next level as they say. Ive looked into insurance etc and BAPIA seem a logical choice to me and have been recommended by another twister who recently went through a similar process.
My concern, and i cant cant find the answer anywhere is about ink! I am literally losing sleep and the plot LOL! When i use sharpies for my art work they are permanemt, however i recently found that as the balloon shrinks the ink becomes wet again and can stain  :o  PERMANENT INK stain !!!! Is this something anyone has had any dealings with? and is it covered by the Public liability ins???

 Thankfully my cousins cream sofa recovered but its left me quivering in my sparkly shoes!!!!!!   :?
Thankyou in advance

Its nice to be important, but it\'s more important to be nice

Yes a permanent pen is not permanent on a balloon when it either shrinks or pops. If you use a dry wipe marker non permanent ink then on a balloon.............
Guess what..................yes it is permanent.
