Hopefully this will be okay for this weeks balloon snap challenge. I used 1-260, 1-160, and a couple scraps for this figure (along with a 260 for the base).  I also used a 'quick link for the body, but you can use a round if that's all you have.  Have fun!

A tricky one this week. I struggled with the head and making it sit upright. Good to stretch the old brain though  

I agree on it being tricky, I couldn't quite get the head and nose to sit right, but here it is:

okay, I guess it's time to choose a winner.  this is a hard choice for me...I really like the ears on yours Lee, and I like the variation of yours too Areyouhappydad, but the closest (except for the mouse) is andyc277, so that's who I am going to have to go with.

I can make another cat showing the side and back view as well so you can see how it sits properly if you'd like.  :-)

Here you go Andy...this is how I made it. These are pics from side front and back.  Start with 2-pinch twists for the muzzle, 1-pinch twist for the mouth, small spacer bubble, loop, loop, then 2 neck pinch twists.  I tucked a piece of the 160 ears under the 2nd loop for the ears.

you should have enough of the 160 left to make arms with a small pinch twist in the center and a small bit left for the tail.  I tied the tail onto the quick link then made a small pinch twist.

use the remaining 260 from the head to make the feet and attach around the pinch twist.  Then add your scrap eyes and nose.
