Hello all, Next Thursday (the 15th November) at 6pm I will be giving a talk about my crazy balloon world, I will share my journey from creating a simple 3 twist dogs up to some of my most recent sculptures. I will also include a brief history of balloon twisting and demonstrate some incredible things that can be done with balloons to show that they are not just a simple children's toy!
The event is free to attend but a collection will be made for my chosen charity: Naomi House hospices provide expert care to more than 325 life-limited and life-threatened children in our southern area.
It is taking place in the city of Chichester at the Boston Tea Party tea room.
You can just turn up on the day however spaces are limited so click here to book your place - https://talksatsix.co.uk/?fbclid=IwAR21-gCq-Lvtl8hi6_fjak_W30aojQqEAFoRy_CsdYeIVlw8UXgadH_hrGM

I am not long home from doing my talk on balloons, this was a charity event and my talk raised £160 for Naomi House Childrens Charity here in the south of England.
Graham was kind enough to come along, I think he had a nice evening, he took lots of photos and I will upload these soon, thanks Graham
So here are a selection of photos taken by Graham and Freddy who helps to organise the events.
I made 2 of these huge flowers to stand either side of me, and then with all my balloon talks I usually start off talking about the basic 3 twist balloon dog and flowers
Here I am talking about the subtle and almost unnoticeable differences between the classic balloon dog and a slightly more complex version.
More about flowers, and then I move onto princesses and fairies.
I enjoyed the night, it was very enjoyable.
I also did notice you made a two handed mermaid, he he
I nearly mentioned it last night as well but hesitated.

Yes Graham, I couldn't bear to put up with the complaints about that like last time :D he he
Here I am now starting to chat about the 4 balloon projects I have done starting with my 365 days of balloons and then moving onto Twisted Cinema.
Here are some Tulips I missed from the earlier part of the talk
My endangered species project
and another flower, I think I was talking about the environmental impact of balloons at this point.
I was now onto my last Balloon world project, and I had made a large Grenadier guard, also I brought along Grahams Penguin that I made for his competition (which you should all enter)
