We are getting ready for the Blackpool magic convention and for the first time ever we are
trying out a design and doing a part of a prototype. Never done before but it did not
take to long and will give us an insight to how long it might take to build.

I tried a couple of ways to end the weave.

Looking at joints now.

More on the joints and how it might all blend together. I think its just a case of making on the
day like other large designs and taking it form there and working through the problems.

Just a week to go before we set off to the Blackpool Magic Convention.
David Crofts is coming along this year to help on the stand.
We have known each other for many a year and both call ourselves the Twistin Twins when
we are working together. It keeps us amused. Looking forward to a fun few days away xx

Just back from the biggest magic convention in the world, The Blackpool Magic Convention.
Firstly a very big thank you to Mr David Crofts for helping out on the stand and being a good
laugh over the days we were there. It was very much appreciated and we had some funny moments.

I will start to post some pictures... sometime soon.

I think some or even many of these pictures are going to look the same or very similar
as we made various tube sizes for the design we were making.

This was on the Thursday before the event opened on the Friday to everyone.

The inspiration for the Dog, back in the good old days before 260's

It did all eventually start coming together at the end of Thursday afternoon.
We were hoping it would be all up and finished by then but it did go
over to the Friday morning when the convention was open.

David last thing Thursday night before we went for our romantic meal for two.. he he
and then holding the Dog first thing Friday morning.

We then thought the ears maybe needed to be a little taller so tried on some extra
pieces to see the difference and look to the design.
