Here are the dates for those wanting to come along to the fundays,

but confirmed dates so far for this year are,

Leeds, Tuesday 29th April
Birmingham, Thursday 1st May
Ashford, Wednesday 21st May
Mildenhall, Wednesday 18th June
Darlington, Tuesday 15th July
Manchester Thursday 17th July
Northampton Wed 22nd Oct

Im going to the Manchester one in July so do you normally stay in a hotel night before or after the event for 'drinkies'. and if so wheres the best place? I might dig deep and buy you a drink.  8-)

What one? Were staying on Wed night in Bury,
then travelling down to Birmingham for thursday night.

Neil,
You've obviously never stayed at a travelodge before as 99 out of a 100 dont have a bar or eating area, they are very basic.
I'm sure we can find somewhere nearby though.

I have staying in the trave lodge many times and there is a pub next door to this one called the Paper Mill, and they do 2 for 1 meals all day. Unfortunatley there is a wacky warehouse there so that means children.  :twisted:   :D

so take your balloons and get twisting - you never know you could get the cost of your stay back and make a bit of money  :D  :roll:

Graham I am looking at coming to the Mildenhall one and hubby has agreed to book the day off to look after the kiddies but I have just realised that the day and date don't tally  ;)   The 19th June is a Thursday not a Wednesday.  Would you mind confirming for me whether it is Wednesday 18th June or Thursday 19th June please so that I can turn up on the correct day?

I'm tempted to come up to the Manchester care & share day on 17th July. Is it far from the airport? Can anyone please find the postcode for the balloon venue so I can find a B&B nearby. If I do go, I'll come up on the morning of the jam, and then fly home the next day first thing in the morning.

A long shot but . . . . . . . . . would anyone be able to pick me up from the airport on the day of the jam, although the flight arrives at 7.45 in the morning, so I'm not expecting anyone to say yes. FIngers crossed :)  :?
