Can anyone explain CBA?

is it just for balloon displays and where in the UK can you get one?

If you google CBA I'm sure you will get plenty of info on the subject or look at the Qualatex website, www.thequalatexevent.com (http://www.thequalatexevent.com)

I just googled CBA Balloon Exam and got plenty of results that should help or contact Sue Bowler, Pam might give you some info as well.

I have my CBA and it was very helpful -  clever marketing tools to drum the marketing side / costings etc into us -  I would say go for it and learn learn learn.

Yes,  get in touch with Carol and Sue and I am sure Pam add some useful comments as well -  they will point you in the right direction and answere any questions that you have.
