As some of you may know I have a narrowboat up in Cheshire at Aqueduct Marina,near Nantwich.The good people at the Marina have agreed to let me have the use of their fab conference room for a Balloon Jam...If you are interested simply add me as a friend on Facebook and I have set an events page up on there...It is going to be VERY informal and not structured in anyway.Primarily it is for twisters in the North West but ANYONE would be very welcome....AS I said before contact me via Facebook if you are interested.Could be good.I am NOT having anyone trading there as I just want a very informal get together...What does make it nice is it is in a lovely rural setting with great food available from the Galley Cafe at the Marina...This joins the Conference room so is more than ideal........I will have to limit the numbers so just let me know...I already have 12 definates....Many thanks folks.....

Yes Barbara was telling me about this, I think her plan was to go to Blackpool a day early and to attend. I'll see what I'm up to and maybe come along as well.

From little acorns.This Jam was only a small event...to start with...we now have t.shirts,mugs,stickers,key rings.a raffle,coverage on the radio,possible t.v. coverage...oh and we are raising funds for 2 local hospices...oh and a certain very very well known twister is making a huge balloon narrow boat and so it goes on...i am still having to try and restrict numbers so I really do have to know if you are coming or not...As I said before get in touch via Facebook or just message here.....Thanks.

Up to 24 people now so let me know soon if you are interested...Its now taken a different TWIST no pun intended.We are using it as a fund raiser for 2 local hospices.We have radio coverage and i,ve got lots of lovely goodies to sell..We are even making some Balloon JAM JAM.....The regional t.v have been approached  and a  certain well known twister with a huge heart is making a large narrowboat and sending it along as he can't make the day.....Rosie and Jim might be a good model theme as well...So if you want to join in what is looking like a really fun day let me know and pm me or join me on Facebook.....Dave Jellybean.
