Just back from a few days in Paris helping Sarah with her charity gig for the English Speaking Mum's.
While there we were trying to make a quick dress, well they are not too quick but a quicker than normal dress that can take a full day or more to make.

I got distracted making the Heart design.

We were trying a few different ideas with the same dress, different sizing of bubbles, adding a star weave
or separate White 160 where you could see through the dress.

There was not enough of a flair on the dress from the waist down plus no shape on the top half either.
If we had left the colour in line from waist down then the White 160 across might have looked OK.
But we wanted to try a few variations while using the same dress.

The bottom of the dress we would use the weave when finishing off the top hat designs.

We untied the lower section of the dress and kept to a constant colour line coming down and made a distinctive
waist line which we both thought looked a lot better.

We tried a smaller weave for the lower section but it just blended into one, so that went out the window pretty quick.
The standard weave did not look good at the transition section so that's a no go as well.
The dress was to loose at the top as well and we wanted a lower back section so working out where the weave should start on pic 15.

I did not get a picture of the main flyer but was teasing Sarah as my name was on the adverts for the show but not the actual programme.

So these were made up... ROFL. To go around the park to give people clues to where the Easter Egg's were hidden.

The party in the park was so much fun... I really enjoyed myself and hopefully those attending did as well.
One of many highlights for me was a young lad who turned up in a Knights outfit, I made him a Chrome Gold Sword and then
a two balloon shield in the St George's day flag. Mentioning this might not go down great being made in France.
But as this young lad walked off he stood upright and puffed his chest out and was still walking like this some
20 yards away as the whole crowd were watching him. A memory shared forever, fabulous.

The dress all popped before my travel home.

Then getting Sarah into the 6 foot balloon, even though Sarah suffers from a latex allergy... but did have medication to control this.

Walking up about 500 steps to the best view point around Paris.

I zoomed in on the Eiffel Tower.

And inside the church, then it was travel home time and another lovely visit over to Paris coming to an end.
