Off to Euro jam in the morning, a slight problem is where I thought I was sleeping has fallen through    
If anyone is going and has a space available, bed or floor as I do have sleeping bag and inflatable lilo with me it would be very much appreciated.

HURRAY, I have now got internet access. Rudiger sorted me a nice room out when I arrived just 200yds from the venue where many more from the convention are staying and I'm having breakfast and got internet access. They told me it was broken yesterday and I do have to pay for a voucher but it's only 5 euros for the whole week, not sure it will work in the actual venue but will find out later. There are fourclasses this morning, two that I can remember, Pieter van Eingen and Pascal. I think I will goand sit in on Pascal. Another good thing is the lecture does not start too early, 10am seems a sensible time to me  
I will try to put a few pictures on now and again as the week progresses.

The flight over with Shirley was very nice with only 22 people on the plane and when we landed at Muenster there were no other passengers in sight and only two other planes on the runway, no check in desks open. It was deserted and the quietest airport I have ever seen.

Had a very nice continental breakfast, just off for seconds.

Looking forward to a nice few days of twisting, I normally do not twist at conventions but last night must have spent over 4 hours twisting away at a variation of different models and new designs, it was most enjoyable.

Just finished sitting in on Pascal's class. Very good and he has a nice way about himself as well with a couple of nice variations on his construction method, no models were made just showing various techniques that you can use along the way. I enjoyed it. A few pictures so far, the Panda I made at the Portsmouth magic day on Sunday and is a variation on the Panda Ed Chee showed at his lecture day last Friday in the UK.
The building is my hotel accommodation, there are small units all within 200 yds of the main youth hostel. It just took me 20 mins to find the re-sized pictures that I saved
on my laptop and then I had to drag them into a new folder as when I was logged into the forum I could not find the original folder for some reason, technology is strange sometimes, well for me it is.

The above Sponge Bob was made from 350's, I also made the Rabbit, goodness I have never twisted so much at a convention and this was on night one.
A two balloon handbag and a two tone bag.

I was trying to make a Batman face last night but the Black balloons were on the thin side so I made it out of Silver instead and then decided to finish it off and added all the body detail. I think it has potential for a Batman face with a little tweaking here and there. Last few for now, off back to the jam room, the next class is at 2.oopm

Sitting having breakfast, at the moment the dining room is the only place I can get an internet connection. I missed yesterday afternoon lecture as I was busy chatting and catching up with everyone. I went to Antonio's pinch line technique workshop early afternoon yesterday and again it was very good. All about explaining a technique rather than making a model although we did make a flower with the technique. Made a few more models early and late evening and went into town with Gabriel from the forum, balloomin I think his username is and Erica. Had a really nice meal and then came back for another workshop. There are many workshops organised last minute, this was on putting objects into balloons, in fact the same technique that Thelma and I used on the Levett & Lee DVD. The ladies running the workshop had a slightly more difficult way of putting the objects into the balloons, I attempted but have to admit failed trying to explain how we overcome this problem in front of a class speaking German, but I did try. Will try to post some pictures later but the computer is playing up again, must get a new one as this keeps freezing and I have to wait a few minutes for it to clear or the elastic band to unwind in the hard drive.

Well trying to get internet access and certainly been a challenge here, right next to the server so hopefully it will not cut off again.
I went to see Pieter van Eingen this morning, he showed the jet plane and rabbit, we left for a coffee then as he was going to show his last sculpture the Dinosaur.

Robbie's German lady, the Rabbit from Pieter's class, this is my version so a variation on a theme. I will see if I can post the Rabbit as Pieter taught later.

Having breakfast again and the dining room is the only place I can pick up an internet connection, I went to see Pieter van Engen, Antonio and Pascal yesterday in three different workshops. Pieter did the fighter plane Rabbit and Dinosaur, Antonio was talking about street performing and Pascal was showing more variations on his heart techniques. A funny thing that happened in Antonio's clas although it was only Antonio and I who were laughing, his talk was on performing on the streets. So after about 30 mins this lady i the front stood up to walk out and apologised as she went by saying, sorry Antonio but I do not work the streets, he and I had a good laugh but the German speaking people just sat there. Antonio suggested she try thr streets as she could do very well on them, this may not read great but it was one of the highlights from yesterday although there were many more fun moments.
