Hi all anyone going on Monday have an ohp (over head projector) just turned mine on ad the lamp blew. am now maniacally trying to get a new bulb.

Ok panic over found one and it is working again.

By the way it is not used to put up notes but for projecting on to the sculpture. Not a must have piece of kit, but can be useful for helping with scale and shape.

I think I must have set a world record    Yes really,
I have been twisting and making two dresses for the past two days and as yet I have not had one balloon go down or pop while twisting  

Zakh came around today and twisted a little creation and while doing so possibly made the comment of the day/week/year, he said "watch grandpa and learn" Had me rolling up.

Adding all the extra balloons at the bottom of the dress to start the cross weave.

Not sure how well the dress will be for Monday, we may have to all start a new one.

Two shows today and then I'll be on my way. Who's meeting where tonight?

I was going to head to The Centurion - I think it's a Brewers Fayre type place and looks to be about a 5 min walk from the Travelodge...  I should be there about 8-ish.

Well I've just got back home from a FAB day. Couldn't go to the meal as I had to get back for my boys, but I'm sure the fun carried on there.

Big thankyou to Pam and Paul for organising and for the lovely buffet and thanks to Paul, Graham, Thelma and Roger for great demos! I have learned loads today - not sure when I'll get to practice it all, but it has been great. Met loads of new people too and put faces to names on here which is great.

Hope you all have a safe journey home (especially Neil with his mammoth trek).

I've got a couple of pics to post, but my camera isn't playing ball at the mo so will have a fiddle and post later.
