We have booked up the Manchester Care & Share day for Wed 2nd Nov.
There will be at least three workshops and a fun competition or two to enter.
There is a super early bird special of £20, this includes 4 bags 260 classic balloons so a free day really.
We have 10 spaces available and then the next 10 on the early bird get 2 bags 260 classic.

Just booked, yay.
I will be there.
All the super early bird places have gone but we do have 6 early bird spaces still available.
I was going to teach the tank and a girl/doll.
I like the doll/girl. Will you be doing any Christmas designs?
I could show the Christmas designs from my magic show, so quick and easy
for the real world.
If the others are up for that it'd be great
Daniel McCullough will be giving a one hour workshop during the day and showing a couple of designs.
This is one of them.
wow....i love this design...
just too bad, no chance to attend the workshop (5000 km too far)
hope Daniel doesn't mind I try to attemp on my own...
We had an eventful drive back from Manchester last night,
the M6 at Birmingham said there were long delays so we paid for the toll road.
So that sorted that problem out, we then got stuck between junction 4/3 on the M40
by a very serious accident and the air ambulance had to land.
We were stationary for 30/40 minutes before we were turned around to drive the wrong way back to junction 4.
We then headed over to the M4 and home that way so not too much more time added to the journey.
Fingers crossed those hurt in the accident were not too bad.
I made these up the day before to show, we ran out of time though what with everything else that was going on.

And there was me having a grumble that it took 1 hour 30 to drive the 28 miles home!
Hope people involved in the incident are all ok too.
Thank you for a great day Graham, I don't get much chance to get out and meet up on your Care and Share Days often but I enjoy it when I do.
You get such much more from the day above learning new designs, you get to meet and chat with like minded entertainers and can pick up numerous tips and tricks.
Can't wait to see the photos.
We left at 7.15 after a very nice meal in a very nice pub, I think it was called Snaresbrook.
And we eventually arrived home at 1am, so a pretty long day..........but I still love what I do.
Thanks graham and Lynn for the day, good to share a bit of knowledge. Cheers Neil
A few of the designs I took up to play with and explain.
A pimped up pump.
Someone made there own floor pump.
We had a Christmas design competition.

If you took any pictures then please post as it's surprising sometimes what one misses
at the days and there might be some designs that I missed taking a picture off.
We made the troll in one of the sessions, it's good to see the artwork from others.
More from the day.
I added some artwork from around the room to the troll I made.
It was then the start of the first competition, there had to be a 160 balloon in the design.
More from the competition.
My attempt at the rabbit that Daniel shared with the group,
I really liked the design and will start taking some quick link rounds out with me to make this in the real world.
Everyone making Daniels rabbit.
We all the attempted Daniels second design the two frogs on the lilly pad.
A few more pictures from around the room.
As everyone made one frog we then got into pairs to add them to the pond design.
A few frogs.
Then it was competition time again, there was a Christmas theme this time.
the winner of the 160 design was Lee with his reindeer hat.
Sorry forgot to mention that earlier.
Neil and his baby Jesus design, made me smile.
The last picture from the competition and the day.
We had joint winners for this, Neil and his few designs,
baby Jesus, Reindeer and mistletoe hat and David with his Santa face.
Thanks to all who attended and helped bring the shop in and out,
those who brought cakes etc,
the home made selection were possibly the best anyone has brought to a day before......so thank you.
To Daniel for coming along and showing and sharing his two designs, I plan on using the rabbit.
I think seven of us went out for a meal at the end to a very nice pub/restaurant
that was a little different to the ones we normally frequent.
