Many thanks to all who came along to the line work day and to see Mr Rob Driscoll this week,
very much appreciated and we do hope everyone had a great time. I will start adding the
pictures slowly as it takes me a few days to catch up with things once we get back home.
From the first session of the day.
All making the designs ;D
Amanda with her glasses off, he he. The crown is so old its new again.
I first made this design back in 2016.
A few more from the morning sessions.
Not all the designs I made for the day we made, Amy with a variation and the mouse sitting on some cheese.
I'm not sure who added the teeth to the Dinosaur.
Amanda and her posh Cat with a chrome nose.
The Cat design.
Then it was onto the competition which was "Summer"
We did get quite a few entries which was nice.
So many variations and ideas for the theme "Summer"
And the two winners chosen by everyone who attended voting, Amy and Amanda.
Well done to everyone who joined in to make the days what they are, Thank You XXxx
It was then onto day two with Mr Rob Driscoll being the Star Lecture ;D
The first session was on ships and boats.
I think I made the last ship here.... I think that one was mine.
A few more ships.
It was then onto session two and people, Rob very kindly made a little Norwich City player which is the football team I support.
Although they did get relegated from the premiership again this weekend, still once you support a team you never change...
"On The Ball City"
Rob made a slightly larger person as well ready for the June celebrations here in the UK.
A few of the people designs Rob made and also others.
There was quite a discussion about the middle picture, that's all I'm saying ;D ;D
I got a few better shots with the designs up against the black background.
The boats again.
A few balloons from around the room.
Rob starting I think the last session of the day.
We did end up taking a few pictures from the day.
I'm not sure who made these two Sloth's, possibly Caroline and Kathryn.
More balloons from the day.
I think the last Sloth picture was the one I made.
Rob onto the last session of the day.
One of the competition entries coming together.
The last session of the day.
Dinosaurs and dragons ;D
More from the day.
You can see the designs so much clearer with the Black backdrop ;D
Then it was competition time again and as it was Summer on day one we went for Winter on day two.
The three Amigo's with the Frozen entry, yes I know there are four of them ;D ;D
Susie had to go home early so Caroline made a little figure of her as she was missing her friend ;D
Rob brought up an entry from Tracy for the competition. We had two winners, Kathryn and Amanda.
Everyone at the day has a vote to decide the winner and we get an official adjudicator to verify before we announce any results.
That's all the pictures I took from the day's, many thanks to all who came along to join in with the two days of fun.
It is always appreciated and I do hope everyone picked up a tip or design or two to use back in the real world.
Thanks to Rob for giving us a really nice fun balloon day with plenty of usable designs along the way and a few laughs as well.
Wendie, he he............. we Thank You XXxx
